Riccardo Costantini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system operation, management, and infrastructure security. Currently serving as System Operation & Management Manager at AGSM AIM since January 2022, Riccardo previously held the position of Infrastructure & Security Manager at Gruppo AGSM from August 1991 to July 2022, focusing on virtual infrastructure management and cybersecurity for servers and clients. Prior experience includes VoIP R&D at Agsm Telecomunicazioni srl from 2002 to 2005, where Riccardo developed SIP-based VoIP telephone systems and call centers, and Sr. Hardware Tester & Quality Assurance at Tecnint Srl from 1988 to 1991. Riccardo graduated with a diploma in Elettronica 'Ambra' from ITIS 'E. FERMI' in Mantova in 1988.
