Todd Mauritz

Director of Global Development at AGROVISION CORP

Todd Mauritz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the agricultural industry. Todd started their career in 2008 as a Production Manager at Viveros Fall Creek Chile, where they oversaw the construction and management of a large blueberry nursery. In 2010, they joined Curry & Company, Inc as an International Business Development professional, focusing on South American berry sourcing and strategic planning.

In 2012, Mauritz joined DOLE Fresh Vegetables as a Sourcing Manager, responsible for global strategic berry sourcing and crop production management. Their roles included supply acquisition, grower/exporter management, and improving efficiency and productivity in the field.

From 2014 to 2015, Mauritz worked as an Interim Chief Operating Officer at Agricultural Land Corporation, where they led the acquisition of high-quality farmland in South America and implemented sustainable farming operations.

In 2015, Mauritz joined Mission Produce Inc., initially serving as the Director of Business Development in Chile, where they developed business opportunities for berry sourcing and conducted strategic planning. Todd later became the Senior Director of Sourcing, South America, responsible for overseeing sourcing operations in the region.

Since 2010, Mauritz has also been the President of Mauritz Agricultural Solutions, an international agriculture consultancy. In this role, they have helped several large North American agriculture companies create and implement South American counter-seasonal production strategies. Their responsibilities included site selection, labor acquisition, infrastructure planning, and governmental policy perspective.

Most recently, in 2022, Mauritz assumed the role of Director of Global Development at AGROVISION CORP, a position where their responsibilities are not specified.

Todd Mauritz attended Oregon State University from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Applied Horticulture and Horticultural Business Services. Todd later transferred to Lincoln University (NZ) and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Horticulture and Horticultural Business Services from 2001 to 2004.
