Amaury Taboada RodrÃguez has worked in various roles throughout their career. Amaury started in 2008 as a Laboratory Technician at Investigación Biotecnológica Mediterranea. In 2011, they became a PhD Researcher at the University of Murcia and held this role until 2014. From 2014 to 2021, they worked as the General Manager at Desarrollos Bio Tecno Alimentarios SL. In 2017, they started working as an Associate Professor specializing in Food Technology at the Universidad de Murcia. Since 2021, they have been working as an NPD Manager at AgroSingularity.
Amaury Taboada RodrÃguez holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Food Industry from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Spain. Amaury pursued their doctoral studies from 2008 to 2013. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Nematology from the University of Ghent, Faculty of Sciences, during the academic year 2002-2003. Amaury completed their undergraduate education at the University of Havana, where they earned a Licenciado degree in MicrobiologÃa from 1993 to 1999.
