Gil Bleich has worked in a variety of roles since 1997, when they began their career in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) as an operations specialist. In 2003, they moved to Procognia, where they worked as a Developer and Bioinformatics specialist, developing software to analyze experiment results and developing algorithms to recognize proteins. In 2005, they joined Spectrum Dynamics Medical as a UI Developer, working with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to design and integrate the UI. In 2007, they began working at VMware as a User Experience Architect, where they prepared high-level prototypes and detailed requirements of screens and features. Gil also worked as a UI Developer in the UI team, developing the UI in C# and Flex. In 2013, they moved to CA Technologies (formerly Noliosoft) as a User Experience Architect. In 2015, they joined Broadcom Inc. (formerly CA Technologies, formerly Nolio) as a Principal Product Manager. Finally, in 2020, they moved to Beaconcure as a Senior Product Manager, and in 2022 they joined Agritask as a Senior Product Manager.

Gil Bleich received their Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended galili kfar sabab from 1993 to 1996.
