Amal Shanah currently serves as the Rewards Manager at Agrimatco LTD since July 2023. Prior to this role, Amal Shanah accumulated over a decade of experience at Bank-al-Etihad, starting as an intern and progressing through various positions, including Human Resources Officer, Senior Associate in Total Rewards and Operations, and Account Operations Officer, concluding service in June 2023. Amal Shanah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Jordan, earned between 2007 and 2011.
