Frédéric Monnier has extensive experience in the field of information technology, serving as a specialized collaborator and project manager at AGRIDEA - Développement de l'agriculture et de l'espace rural since October 2011. Responsibilities include managing the Internet team, overseeing IT projects, and providing support for the Oracle team. Frédéric became the thematic deputy responsible for "Software Development" and the process manager for "Software Development" in 2013, and served on the Personnel Commission from 2015 to 2017. Prior experience includes over 15 years at OFISA Informatique SA as a management informatician, developing software and leading the support service, and earlier roles at Informatique 2000 S.A. and other partners, focusing on various programming languages and software development. Frédéric holds a Federal Certificate in Management Informatics and a CFC diploma in commerce with a focus on IT.
