Rachel Stevenson currently serves as Patent Counsel for Global Intellectual Property at CSL since October 2021 and has held the position of Senior Intellectual Property Manager at Agriculture Victoria Services Pty Ltd since June 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Patent Attorney at Davies Collison Cave from May 2005 to June 2018, and as a Post-doctorate Researcher at both the Burnet Institute and the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research between 2001 and 2005. Rachel Stevenson holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law from Monash University, a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Melbourne, and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences and Biotechnology/Biochemistry from The University of Waikato.
