Adriana Catherine Azcarate Vasquez is an experienced agricultural professional with a focus on crop management, irrigation, and fertigation. Currently serving as Jefe de Cultivo Palto at Agrícola Chapi since July 2018, responsibilities include developing and controlling agricultural plans, identifying performance strategies for personnel, and planning cultural labor processes. Previous roles include Jefe de Riego y Fertirriego at Fundo San Rafael - Agrícola Chapi S.A and Jefe de Fertirriego at Proinagro - Agrícola Santa Marcela E.I.R.L, where expertise encompassed irrigation and fertilization programs for vineyard and avocado crops, along with maintenance of irrigation systems. Adriana holds a degree in Ingeniero Agrónomo with a specialization in fertigation of vines and avocados, as well as a bachelor's degree in Agronomy with a focus on general biology, both from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo.
