Vicki Wentworth has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Vicki'smost recent role is as the Chief Executive Officer at Agria Pet Insurance since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Brand, Digital, and Customer Consultant for Phoenix Group from August 2020 to October 2021.

From February 2016 to January 2020, Vicki held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Wesleyan, where they were responsible for strategy, customer, brand, marketing, and distribution. Vicki also served as the Chair of the Practice Plan Holdings Board from 2018 to 2020.

Before joining Wesleyan, Vicki worked at LV= from July 2013 to February 2016 as the Brand & Marketing Director. In this role, they managed brand strategy, governance, visual identity, and digital strategy, among other responsibilities. Vicki also founded and chaired the Women's Network during their time at LV=.

Prior to LV=, Vicki held multiple roles at Aviva from 2005 to 2013. Vicki's career began in the British Army, where they served as an Army Officer for eight years. Vicki was commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 1997 and held various command appointments during their time in the service.

Prior to that, they earned 9 O Levels and 3 A Levels in English Language and Literature, French, and Tudor and Stewarts' History from Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Ashbourne from 1982 to 1989. Additionally, they hold certifications such as the Institute of Directors - Certificate in Company Direction with a distinction in Strategy and Marketing from The Institute of Directors (obtained year: 2020), Financial Services Regulatory Approval from the Financial Conduct Authority (obtained month: October 2016), and Lic Institute of Personnel Development from the British Army (obtained year: 2005).
