Allen Archibald is an experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in enterprise application engineering and IT leadership. Currently at AgReserves, Inc. since April 2019, Allen leads a diverse team of application engineers and manages relationships with business partners to drive cost reduction initiatives. Previously, at eBay from December 2015 to April 2019, Allen held various roles including Sr Manager of Business Rules and Manager of CS Tech, focusing on enhancing customer support through innovative solutions and product delivery. Prior experience includes IT Manager at JetBlue Airways, where Allen oversaw project managers and was instrumental in aligning IT priorities with customer support, as well as roles in application engineering and account management at various companies, starting from a Help Desk position at Lifetime Products in 1999. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Sales from Weber State University.
