Karen Ortega has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at AGPM since May 2005, where KAREN has managed Mariner's Cove and achieved the highest occupancy award for three consecutive years from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this role, Karen held positions as Director of Restaurants at Wyndham Corporation and Wyndham Hotel Group from September 2000 to April 2005, overseeing restaurant operations in Philadelphia and Miami, including a role as General Manager of Shulas Steakhouse. Earlier in their career, Karen served as Village Manager and Commercial Property Manager at ARTA Inc from June 1985 to September 1990, focusing on tenant relations and property management tasks. Karen studied Business Administration and Management at Bucks County Community College from 1982 to 1984.
