Nof Guttman has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as an Israel Navy Submariner from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, Guttman became a Quality Assurance at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. From 2018 to 2021, Guttman worked at EasySend, where they held roles as a Full Stack Developer, UX Developer, and QA Engineer. Guttman currently works as a Frontend Engineer at Agora.

Nof Guttman is currently studying Computer Science at The Open University of Israel, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2021.
