Paula Ellinger is a seasoned professional in climate action and social innovation, currently serving as the Director for Social Innovation and Climate Action at Fundación Avina since April 2011, where leadership in climate initiatives and partnership building is a key focus. Additionally, Paula is a Co-Founder of Kurumi, which connects demand for eco-friendly gifts with indigenous communities, and serves on the Board of Directors for Agora Partnerships. Paula's extensive background includes roles such as Climate Action Manager and Responsible for Climate Action Program, emphasizing south-south cooperation and participatory strategies in Latin America and Africa. Previous experiences also include environmental analysis and consultancy for various organizations. Paula holds a Bachelor’s in International Relations, a Master’s in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies, and is pursuing a Master's in Cognitive Psychology at Universidad de Buenos Aires.
