Xian Xu

Xian Xu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career as an Intern at Schneider in 2009, where they worked in Lean Production. In 2010, Xian Xu joined Dell EMC as a Technical Support Engineer and later became a Manager in Customer Service. From 2016 to 2017, Xian Xu held the role of Center Lead - Remote Proactive Service at Dell EMC. In 2017, they joined WIVOLT (Shanghai) Limited as the VP of R&D Center. Most recently, Xian Xu worked at Agora as the Manager of Customer Service Group, starting from November 2018.

Xian Xu holds a Master's degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligence System, which they obtained from Shanghai Jiao Tong University between 2007 and 2010. In 2015 to 2017, Xian Xu pursued their MBA degree from two different institutions, Fudan University and The University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Xian Xu earned a Bachelor's degree in Automation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University during 2003 to 2007. Xian Xu also obtained several additional certifications, including VMware Certified Professional 5 from VMware in April 2012, PMP from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in September 2013, and ITIL from EXIN in November 2012.
