Phoebe Webb is an accomplished artist and business owner, currently serving as the Owner and Artist at Red Sofa Fine Art since July 1999 and at Phoebe Webb Art since June 2016. With extensive experience in the arts, Phoebe also worked as the Consultant-in-Charge for the Regional Educational Television Advisory Council from June 1981 to October 1992, supporting instructional television in the USA. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Instructional Media from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from William & Mary, alongside studies at Principia College and The College of William and Mary.
