Nagnath Pawale has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Agoda since August 2016, where prior positions included Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Lead Software Engineer. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Lister Technologies from May 2014 to August 2016, focusing on REST web service design and coding, as well as data migration utilities. Nagnath also contributed to application migration and design at Happiest Minds Technologies from March 2012 to April 2014, utilizing technologies such as Struts, Spring, and Hibernate. Nagnath holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed in 2011, and completed high school at V.V.V from 2005 to 2007.
