Deven Grover is a highly experienced design leader currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Head of Product Design at Agoda, overseeing a team of over 60 professionals and focusing on enhancing user experience across various organizational facets. Prior to this role, Deven held the position of Senior Product Design Manager at Etsy, where significant contributions were made to the core shopping experience on mobile apps and team management. Deven's previous experience includes senior design roles at Agoda, SiriusXM, SkillNet Solutions, Milestone Inc, BIG Design, and Mode Media Corporation, focusing on product design, user experience, and creative solutions across multiple industries. Deven holds a BFA in Computer Arts with an emphasis on New Media from the Academy of Art University.
