Danica Maguad is an experienced People Technology Manager at Agoda, where responsibilities include leading the Workday HCM product team and the Global People Operations team since December 2017. Prior roles at Agoda include People Technology Senior Specialist, where implementation projects for absence, time tracking, and onboarding were led, and People Technology Specialist, where the rollout of Workday Time Tracking in Thailand was spearheaded. Danica’s prior experience includes various analyst roles at Johnson & Johnson, improving Workday operations for multiple regions, and a talent acquisition trainee position at SPi Global. Danica holds a degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.
