Arpan Chaudhury is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Since January 2017, Arpan has held various leadership roles at Agoda, culminating in the position of Associate Director of Engineering, focusing on backend development and team leadership. Prior experience includes contributions to open source projects and serving as a Senior Application Developer at ThoughtWorks, specializing in technologies such as Akka and Scala. Arpan also worked as a Senior Software Developer at Springer Nature and an Associate Software Engineer at RS Software, where expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware was honed. Early career development took place at Infosys as a System Engineer, recognized as a top performer during training. Arpan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology, India.
