Tyson Gilchrist CHRL is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since February 2022, Tyson has also held the position of Acting Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Tyson worked at Kirkland Lake Gold from November 2019 to February 2022, taking on roles as Acting Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Tyson's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager for Western Canada at Manitoulin Transport from February 2007 to November 2019, a Human Resources Assistant at Golden Windows Limited, and a Recruitment Consultant at Prior Resource Group.
