Aurela Ibrani has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Aurela worked as a Service Provider at Privatization Agency of Kosovo from May 2015 to December 2015. In 2016, they became a Team Lead at KFC Kosova, where they worked until June 2017. From September 2019 to September 2020, they were a Praktikante at Oda e Avokatëve të Kosovës, where they held various responsibilities such as writing legal documents and participating in court sessions. Aurela then served as a Legal Intern at Tigani Law Firm from September 2019 to September 2020. Later, they joined Tigani Law Firm again as a Bashkepuntore Juriste from February 2021 to April 2022. Aurela also gained experience as an Intern at Gjykata Themelore ne Prishtine - Departamenti i Krimeve te Renda from February 2021 to May 2022. Currently, they are a Finance Administrative Assistant at Agna Group starting from May 2023.

Aurela Ibrani completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at the University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina" in 2015. Aurela then pursued their studies further and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from ILIRIA College from 2017 to 2019. Following that, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Civil Law at AAB College from 2019 to 2021.
