Kelly Black-Smith, OTA/L, CMC, is a dedicated professional in the field of rehabilitation and care management, currently serving as a Care Manager Certified with the Aging Life Care Association® and as an adjunct faculty instructor at St. Catherine University. Since December 2022, Kelly has been involved with Restore Rehabilitation and previously worked as a care consultant for Caring People Inc. and an area manager at Encompass Home Health & Hospice. With a rich background that includes roles as a dosimetry assistant at Urorad Healthcare and adjunct faculty at San Jacinto College South Campus, Kelly brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Louisiana Monroe and LSU Shreveport.
