Ross M Patten is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in waste management and environmental technology. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Agilyx since 2012, Ross is focused on developing innovative systems to convert waste plastic into high-value petrochemicals, including successfully managing the permitting of a groundbreaking plastic-to-oil plant. Prior to Agilyx, Ross held the position of President and CEO at MaxWest Environmental Systems Inc., where a municipal sewage sludge dryer and gasification system was developed and patented. Ross also led Synagro Technologies as Chairman and CEO, transforming a $10 million bio solids service company into the largest organic residuals company in the nation with $500 million in revenue. Earlier in Ross's career, pivotal roles included founding Bedford Capital, where multiple profitable sales were executed, and serving as Executive VP for Business Development at Wheelabrator Technologies, managing a substantial project portfolio. Ross's career began at Browning Ferris Industries, contributing to corporate development and various waste management services.
