Vijaya Dharshan has worked as a Senior Software Analyst at Agilysys starting from December 2022. Prior to that, Vijaya held various roles at Tata Consultancy Services, including Systems Engineer from March 2020 to November 2022, Assistant Systems Engineer from March 2019 to February 2020, and Assistant Systems Engineer Trainee from March 2018 to February 2019.

Vijaya Dharshan attended Saranathan College of Engineering from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
