Smitha Sairam has a strong background in human resources management. Smitha worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Agilysys starting in November 2017. Prior to that, they were an HRBP at Fiserv from August 2014 to November 2016. Smitha also held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Unlimited Innovations India Private Limited from September 2010 to August 2013. Before that, they were a Manager of People & Process at athenahealth from April 2008 to September 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Dy. Manager of HR at TESoftware Services from June 2007 to March 2008 and as a Senior Executive of HR at L-Cube Innovative Solutions from December 2003 to May 2007. Smitha began their career as an Executive of HR at Consolidated Cybernetics India Pvt Ltd in June 2000 and worked there until December 2003.

Smitha Sairam holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Bharathiyar University.
