Ponni Ravi began working as a Junior Associate at Vernalis in December 2016, where they stayed until March 2019. In March 2019, they joined Agilysys as a Senior Software Analyst and is currently still employed in that role.

Ponni Ravi began their education at Sri Saraswathi Vidhyaalaya Matric.Hr.Sec.school, where they pursued their high school education from 2011 to 2013.
