Niveditha Kour has gained extensive work experience in the field of HRIS and business analysis. In 2011, they started their career as a Business Analyst at FLEX INFORMATICS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they worked until 2014. In 2017, they joined Abbott as a Workday Business Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Workday Business System Analyst. Niveditha also worked at Agilysys during this time, where they served as a Workday Business System Analyst and Workday Business Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Senior HRIS Service Delivery Analyst at Sysco, starting in 2022.

Niveditha Kour obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Pune in the years 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business from Badruka Institute Of Foreign Trade from 2009 to 2011. Finally, in the years 2015 to 2016, Niveditha earned another Master's degree, this time in Computer Science from Chicago State University.
