Martin Tayleure has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with their work history spanning over two decades. Martin began their career at Marriott Hotels, where they held a management and consultancy position from 1997 to 2001. Martin then moved to IHG - InterContinental Hotels Group, where they continued in a similar role from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they joined MICROS Systems Inc as a hospitality consultant from 2004 to 2008.

In 2006, Tayleure joined Rezidor Hotel Group, where they worked as a management/project manager and consultant until 2010. Martin then moved to InterContinental Hotels Group (IHGâ„¢) as a senior operations manager from 2010 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2019, Tayleure worked at Guestline as a regional business development manager, further enhancing their expertise in the field. Martin then joined Planet in 2019 as the head of sales for PMS UK & BNX until 2022, before being promoted to head of sales for the PMS division from 2022 to 2023.

Currently, Tayleure is employed at Agilysys as a senior business development manager EMEA, starting in 2023. Their experience in various roles within the hospitality industry demonstrates their strong business development and management skills.
