Manickam Saravanan's work experience begins with their role as an Associate Software Analyst at Agilysys from March 2022 to July 2023. Manickam then progressed to the position of a Software Analyst at the same company, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Analyst Trainee at Cognizant from March 2021 to July 2021, followed by another role as a Program Analyst Trainee from July 2021 to March 2022. Before entering the professional world, Manickam Saravanan held various positions at Kongu Engineering College. Manickam served as the Treasurer for the Computer Science and Engineering Association, where they managed finances and handled administrative tasks from 2020 to 2021. Manickam also served as the Technical Head for the KEC Photography and Design Club during the same period.

Manickam Saravanan pursued their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Kongu Engineering College from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in July 2020, and in "ethical hacking" from NPTEL in November 2019.
