Kou Vang started their work experience in 2008 as an on-call driver for Quicksilver Express Courier. Kou then transitioned to a role as a computer technician at Minneapolis Business College from November 2013 to December 2014. In January 2015, Kou joined Agilysys as an Application Support Engineer I, where they provided support for customer issues with the WMx application, conducted backups for customers, and edited/configured customer web applications.
