Jegathsri Bala started working as an Associate Software Analyst at Agilysys in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Graduate Software Engineer at CSG from March 2022 to July 2022.

Jegathsri Bala attended Bannari Amman Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they completed their HSC at Little Angels Matric Hr Sec School in 2018. Their secondary education was completed at Vidhya Nikethan Intel Matric Hr Sec School, where they obtained their SSLC in 2016.
