Harishankar Muthusadayavel started their career as a Software Engineer at VIT Infotech in June 2015. Harishankar worked there until December 2018. Harishankar then joined Cognizant in December 2018 as an Associate, and worked there until September 2019. Harishankar is currently working at Agilysys, starting in October 2019. Harishankar began as a Software Analyst, then progressed to Senior Software Analyst in July 2020, and is currently serving as the Lead Software Analyst since July 2021.

Harishankar Muthusadayavel completed their Diploma of Education in Computer Science at TamilNadu Polytechnic College, Madurai from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science at Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Thandalam from 2012 to 2015.
