Ando Renold has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ando started their career at Chakra Info Solutions as an AR Caller from March 2009 to August 2010. Ando then joined Bally Technologies as a Lead Associate in HR from August 2010 to February 2016. In 2016, Ando joined Radial Inc. as an Associate Manager in HR, where they worked until November 2018. Currently, they are employed at Agilysys as an HR Manager - Talent Acquisition, a position they have held since December 2018.

Ando Renold earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tagore Engineering College. Ando attended the college from 2004 to 2008.
