Trevor Justinen has over 25 years of work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Trevor currently works as a Client Delivery Manager at Agilus Work Solutions since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate in the Permanent Placement - Technology Practice at Robert Half from September 2021 to July 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at SSMPG Integrating Services. Trevor also worked as a Recruitment Specialist - Drivers at Parkland Fuel Corporation from 2014 to 2015 and as an HR Generalist at Ganotec West from 2011 to 2013. Trevor has experience as a Professional & Technical Branch Manager at Kelly Services Canada from 2010 to 2011. Trevor started their career as a Senior Account Manager at Design Group Staffing Inc. in 1995 and worked there for over 15 years, until 2010.

Trevor Justinen pursued a Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 1991 to 1993.
