Kyle Paugh, MHA has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Kyle joined agilon health in 2019 and has held multiple positions, including Director of Operations and Planning, Sr. Manager of Operations and Planning, Manager of Operations and Planning, and Program Manager of Operations. Prior to that, they worked at PXPOHIO as a Manager of Sales and Marketing from 2016 to 2019. Kyle also worked at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as a Project Manager from 2013 to 2015 and as a Supervisor from 2011 to 2012. Kyle began their career at Walgreens as an Assistant Manager from 2008 to 2011.

Kyle Paugh, MHA holds a Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Kent State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Six Sigma: Black Belt from LinkedIn and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Moresteam University.
