Lily Ziniuk has worked as a Recruiter since 2015. From 2015-2016, they were a Recruiter at Global IT Support, where they were responsible for IT professionals' search and selection, communication with customers and making vacancies' specification, organizing interviews and making arrangements for candidates, and negotiating with candidates. From 2016-2018, they worked as a Recruiter at BiMedis - Medical Equipment, Softimus, and Agiliway. At BiMedis, they were an HR Manager/Recruiter, and at Softimus, they worked on developing software for the restaurant business, HR areas, and other business spheres. At Agiliway, they worked on completing 45 projects with a total amount over 95,000 working hours.

Lily Ziniuk obtained a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from Chernivtsi National University between 2010 and 2015.
