Sreekanth A. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 with a Research Fellow position at the Indian Institute of Science. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as a Postdoctoral Research Associate, Graduate Research Assistant, and Graduate Teaching Assistant, where they assisted with setting and grading exams and advising students for course projects. In 2015, Sreekanth began working at Kitware Inc. as a Technical Leader, Staff R&D Engineer, Senior R&D Engineer, and R&D Engineer. In 2022, they began working at both Agility Robotics as a Principal Software Engineer - Simulation and PARC, a Xerox Company as a Senior Software Engineer (ML, 3D geometry and Simulation).

Sreekanth A. has an extensive educational background. Sreekanth obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka in 2007. Sreekanth then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2009, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the same field from the same institution in 2014. In 2021, Sreekanth began an Applied Data Science Program at MIT Professional Education, which they are currently enrolled in. Additionally, Sreekanth has obtained several certifications from DeepLearning.AI and Coursera, including Deep Learning Specialization, Convolutional Neural Networks, Sequence Models, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning.
