John Santoro is an experienced professional with a strong focus on quality management and operations in both military and civilian settings. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Agility Manufacturing since June 2017, John oversees Quality Control and the implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Previously, John held various roles in the US Army for over 26 years, culminating in a position as an Aviation Operations NCO, as well as roles in operations management, personnel management, and training development. Additionally, John has experience in program management with Intervala, LLC and has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2009 and 2015.
