Sipan Soufi is a Production Engineer at Moreld Agility since August 2023, previously serving as a Teknisk tegner at Rustfri Spesial Produksjon AS from February 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Sipan worked at Norsk Hydro from April 2018 to February 2022 as both a Teknisk tegner and providing technical support. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Process Technology at the University of South-Eastern Norway, Sipan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mekanikk from Urmia University of Technology, completed in June 2012.
