Rachel McKinnon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, insights strategy, and market research. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Agiliti since 2021, Rachel has effectively developed and executed a companywide customer experience strategy. Prior roles include leadership positions at Trane Technologies and Marvin, where Rachel was instrumental in defining customer insights strategy and developing customer experience initiatives. With a strong background in market intelligence and analytics from earlier roles at Thomson Reuters and Colorado Springs Utilities, Rachel has consistently driven organizational alignment on customer-focused strategies. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with double majors in Marketing and Management from the University of North Dakota.
