Jana Torbica is an experienced internal sales representative at AGILITA AG since November 2021, focusing on process improvement, CRM system management, sales coordination, and customer engagement. Previously, Jana served as a recruitment assistant at BATMAID SA, handling employee relations, lifecycle management, and administrative tasks. Additional roles include assistant positions at Domino - Psychotherapy, Counseling and Coaching, and an intern at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where research and event organization were key responsibilities. Jana holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Zurich and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Filozofski fakultet, Sarajevo, complemented by a strong educational background in the International Baccalaureate program.
