Mike Poarch currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Three Link Solutions, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Mike held the same title at hireEZ from February 2022 to November 2023. With a robust background in sales leadership, Mike spent over a decade at OneSource Virtual, assuming roles such as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Vice President of North American Sales. Earlier career experience includes serving as Partner at N-Syte Coeus Group, which specialized in HCM/payroll technology, and as CEO & President of Poarch Financial Services, LLC, which focused on business planning solutions. Mike was also the Executive Vice President of Sales at Administrative Benefits, where significant contributions were made to revenue generation and benefit plan management. Educational credentials include a BA in Communications from The University of Texas at Dallas, along with studies at Jesuit and Texas Tech University.
