Sean Grimes co-founded Triple Value Impact in 2023, a company focused on helping organizations transform through digitalized services and ways of working. Sean played a key role in setting ambitious goals, transforming experiences for customers and employees, and ensuring optimal resource use. Prior to that, Sean served as the Managing Director of Cloud and IT Services and Chief Growth Officer at Agilisys, where they pioneered the development of cloud services and helped customers adopt modern technologies. Sean also gained extensive operational experience at NetDecisions and worked as a Programme Manager at Cambridge Management Consultants Limited.

Sean Grimes attended Brighton College from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Studies and Quantitative Analysis.
