Lisa Aldon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and leadership. Since April 2015, Lisa has served as Product Development Manager at Agilis Engineering, Inc. Lisa also founded Transcendent Leadership in January 2004, through which the book "Transcendent Leadership and the Evolution of Consciousness" is published on Amazon. Prior experience includes serving as Program Coordinator at Central New Mexico Community College from 2006 to 2015 and as New Product Introduction Team Leader at Solar Turbines from 1989 to 1999. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, along with ongoing education in TLOL Online Curriculum Design and Instruction at Central New Mexico Community College.
