Sophia Kalita has extensive experience in biomedical engineering and human factors, currently serving as Associate Director of HFE Operations at Agilis by Kymanox since November 2015. Prior roles at Agilis include Client Relations Manager and Human Factors Consultant. Sophia's background includes working at Becton Dickinson from March 2009 to October 2015 as a Staff Engineer and Senior Engineer, and at Blackstone Medical, Inc. as a Product Development Engineer from April 2007 to February 2009. Earlier in their career, Sophia was a Biomedical Engineer at Becton Dickinson from September 2004 to April 2007. Sophia holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
