Victoria Zeppi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Victoria started their career at Alternative Resources Corporation in 1991 as a Sr. Account Manager, where they managed key clients such as Chiquita Brands International and GE. Victoria then worked at American Computer Solutions as the Director of Professional Services, where they successfully negotiated a multimillion-dollar contract with P&G.
In 1999, Victoria joined The Barco Group as a Partner, specializing in providing staffing solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations. Their areas of focus included IT, engineering, finance, and sales/marketing. Victoria later joined Spherion as an Operations Manager, overseeing a full recruiting and staffing team for a Honeywell RPO engagement.
Victoria transitioned to Randstad Sourceright US in 2007, where they served as a Sr. Manager of Talent Delivery. During their time there, they managed talent acquisition and delivery efforts for the company. In 2009, they also took on the role of a Business Success Coach at Chet Holmes International, providing strategic planning consulting and coaching services.
In 2013, Victoria joined IBM as a Recruiting Program Manager in the Financial Services Sector. Victoria managed recruiting programs related to strategy and transformation for the company's Global Business Services division. Victoria then moved on to Cognizant Technology Solutions as an Executive Recruiting Partner, responsible for recruitment efforts in the insurance vertical.
Currently, Victoria is working at AgileOne as the Sr. Director of RPO Client Delivery. Their responsibilities include leading client delivery strategies and ensuring the successful implementation of recruitment process outsourcing solutions.
Throughout their career, Victoria has demonstrated expertise in client relationship management, talent acquisition, and strategic planning. Victoria has a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality solutions and driving business growth.
Victoria Zeppi attended the University of Cincinnati from 1985 to 1989, where they studied Communications. No specific degree was attained during this time.
