Shalini Mishra has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Victora Tool engineers Pvt. Ltd., where they handled various responsibilities such as recruitment, selection, and joining and exit formalities. Shalini then moved on to SAI SECURITY PRINTERS PRIVATE LIMITED in 2018, where they served as a Senior Executive Human Resources, overseeing recruitment, training and development, and employee relations and welfare. In 2019, Shalini joined ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP as a Senior Associate, specializing in recruitment for middle and senior-level positions. During their time at Korn Ferry from 2021 to 2022, they worked as an Associate Recruiter, recruiting for HR roles across India and APAC, and assisted in expanding multiple HR teams. Currently, Shalini Mishra is working as a Senior Recruiter at AgileOne, starting in 2022.

Shalini Mishra obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Shalini attended the institute from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their MBA, Shalini completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree at the University of Allahabad from 2013 to 2016. Shalini also holds a certification in Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, which was obtained in April 2022 from LinkedIn.
