Olga Rivera Valdivia has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Olga started their career as a Sobrecargo de Aviacion at Interjet from March 2014 to March 2016. Olga then worked as a Talent Specialist at TeleTech from January 2017 to January 2018, where they were responsible for onboarding new employees, handling paperwork, conducting background checks, and providing training to recruiters. Olga then joined Grupo TI Mexico as a Reclutamiento from February 2018 to August 2018, where they were involved in various recruitment activities such as searching for profiles, creating job ads, and maintaining communication with the project team. From June 2018 onwards, they worked as an ESL Teacher in China for Micro Language. Most recently, they joined AgileOne in December 2020 as a Recruitment Associate.

From 2013 to 2014, Olga Rivera Valdivia attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), where they pursued a degree in Sobrecargo de aviación. Their field of study during this time was focused on becoming a Sobrecargo.
