Małgorzata Fluder has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Małgorzata started their most recent position as a Client Services Professional / HR Coordinator at AgileOne in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Barclays as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator from June 2021 to July 2022. Before entering the HR field, they gained experience in the hospitality industry, working as a Restaurant Manager at Main Square Hospitality Group from December 2019 to June 2021. Małgorzata also served as a Supervisor at the same company from June 2017 to November 2019.

Małgorzata Fluder began their education in 2011 at The Centre for European Studies, Jagiellonian University, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Dietetics in 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued an Associate's degree in English as a second language at GT Education Center for ESL in Chicago. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they attended Krakowska Wyższa Szkoła Promocji Zdrowia, where they completed their Master's degree in Clinical dietitian.
