Joshua Billy has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Joshua started their career as a Senior Account Executive at Genesis Communications, where they sold marketing/advertising campaigns for radio stations. Joshua then worked as a Marketing Consultant at Gross Communications, where they focused on selling comprehensive marketing campaigns and exceeding sales quotas. Joshua later joined Spherion as a Sr. Client Service Supervisor, where they recruited and managed candidates and implemented initiatives to improve processes. Joshua then transitioned to Randstad US, Professionals as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for sourcing and selecting qualified candidates. Joshua's most recent position was at Agile-1, where they held multiple roles. Joshua started as a Senior Client Service Administrator, providing support to internal customers and client accounts. Joshua then became a Client Services Manager, directly supervising administrators and coordinating work to achieve organizational goals.

Joshua Billy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radio/TV Communications from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
